Tethering icon disappeared from quick settings panel

Hi, somehow today I looked & it's not there anymore.
If I click Edit & look for it in the rest of the inactive icons it's not there either - I mean it's not even there for adding.
I usrd to have it & use it every once in a while, what happened?

I'm trying to remember if I had this as a quick setting myself, but checking now it's not available just like the mobile toggle. Very odd.

Its has been several threads about this problem and few toggles are mising for me too.
Samsung support said, its 2 apps that are casuing it. 1 is Samsungs TTS update and either I dont know. Either factory reset, it will bring back all the toggles and disable Galaxy Apps updates. Or wait for Samsung to fix the bug with new OTA update.
I choose to wait, dont want to go through all the setup again.

you are not the only one, it sucks because my work has no WiFi and in order to do emailing and file sending with my laptop I need WiFi so I use my hotspot and the toggle vanished
