tethering

I read about apps that allow tethering of other devices without the additional tethering plans... foxfi was one that was suggested... however, I don't think it is working on the S6. Can someone confirm an app that works?

While tethering talk is allowed -- talk about bypassing it is not allowed since this against the ToS.
