I have a Galaxy S6 with Android 5.1.1. When I first purchased my phone a couple of months ago, I could change my font sizes in the messaging app using the volume buttons. That no longer works. I can however change the font sizes by pinching. What do I have to do to have the volume keys change the font sizes again? Or was that feature removed by one of the updates?

Thank you,

I think it was removed.
I had it on my GS4 and GS5, but when I got the GS6 Edge I noticed that feature was gone.

It's interesting that you had it though. I got my phone April 22nd and it never worked like that. Mine is the Sprint version.

If you want to make the changes permanent, then just go to your messages app main screen, click more, font size, and make your font size selection.

Ha, I never knew I could do that - I've also got the international version running 5.1.1

I like it better that it was removed. I used to change the font accidentally all the time when I would try to turn volume down on the ringer or music.
