Text Message Question

Hello Folks,

I am using the international version of Note 2 - N7100. I keep having issue with the text message i sent to others. The problem is whenever i text other people in Chinese and they only see question marks on their phones. Their phones support Chinese language and have no problem receiving Chinese text message from others except me.

any clue?

This sounds like a question for Samsung. Somewhere, there's a phone number and I also saw a hashtag for a tweet. I will look for it and get back.
