Text message video

Two questions here:

1. Is there a way to send a higher quality video via text message? Better than 176 x 144. The videos I send are supposedly very pixelated, dark and hard to see.
2. Why can't I view videos sent from other people? The person sending me the video is using the palm pre and when I receive it, it says something along the lines of video is too large for this device.

Any though/help would be appreciated.

most likely is a cap put in place by Sprint. The Palm Pre has a patch that allows it to send larger videos.

For the most part only certain size videos can be sent. If its higher quality it'll have to be much shorter.
That's the only reason I can think of why the videos are pixelated.
Try downloading handcent, you have much more mms settings.
