Text Messages immediately failing

When sending any text message, the message fails to delivery almost immediately, and then will deliver just fine when I retry. I am using HandCent (since day 1 last year). This has been happening for a few weeks now and I'm just sick of it. It has happened before and after the ICS upgrade, and I keep Handcent up to date.

Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Could it be a network connection?

I'm having issues every time i open a photo from a mesage. it sends a crash report. every single time i click on a photo. not really intrusive but it is weird.
