I noticed when I tried to subscribe to a text message list that my phone seems to strip the '@' symbol from all text messages. I tried to text "@sublist" to a number and never received a subscription notice/reply. I tried to text the same phrase to myself and it shows sent "@sublist" but received "sublist". Works for my wife's Galaxy S1 and daughter's iPhone so it isn't sprint doing it. Seems to be the S2.
I had to use a workaround for my subscription but not having the '@' can screw up email addresses or simple phrases like "meet u @ 4".
Thoughts?
