Text Messaging Help

When I receive a text, the box on the lock screen pops up without any contact name, it just says MESSAGING. My wife's S4 always shows the persons name who is sending the text. All texts have been from people who are already set up in my contacts. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Turn Preview Message ON in settings
Go into your messages app, click the menu button, then settings, the check the "Preview Messages" box

Go into the messaging app, hit menu button (left capacitive button), hit settings, scroll to the bottom under notifications and check the box that says "show message preview". This should help.
