Text overlaps each other on certain websites...unreadable at times.

Even on some sites that are mobile sites. I've only had this for a couple days. Not sure if it was always like this or it just started after upgrade to 4.1.2. Tried playing with fonts, etc., but nothing seems to work. Sometimes lines of text are completely running over each other and are a jumbled mess. Never happens on my S4 phone, but that one is running 4.2.2. Thanks for any advice.

Desktop PC Windows 7/Chrome frequently and so it is on both my Note 2/10.5.
