text reflow

I just got my transformer a week ago and am loving it.had a couple questions and solved most of them but the one that is bugging me is the text reflow. I thought one of the big things about android was text reflow. It's not a problem when I'm using it in landscape but I am more comfortable using it in portrait. is there a setting I am missing or is this a new thing in honeycomb?

I don't have a Transformer so I apologize if my suggestion doesn't make sense (or if you've already tried it), but is there a setting for the web browser that switches it between Mobile and Desktop mode? My experience with Android devices tends to be that text reflow only kicks in if the browser is in mobile mode.
