Unable to send message after multiple attempts comes up when I try to send a text.

I suppose the text sending you're refering to is SMS/MMS.

If you are unable to send the text messages and you're receiving the error message 'Unable to send message after multiple attempts', please verify that your carrier has good signal or that there's no issues with the tariff plan of your mobile company.

If you do, try to split up the message in two parts, as it might be too long for sending into a single one.
