text size changing by itself

My galaxy s3 zooms in and out automatically. How do I stop it.it's so annoying specially when reading paragraphs, constantly zooms in and out. Anyone experience this and how do I stop it?

Smart motion. Tilt to zoom is probably enabled. Go to motion settings and see if that does it.
