text volume way to low

Suddenly when i receive a text it is o low i can barely hear it. All my other sounds are normal. I have everything i can find adjusted to the max but obviously i am missing something somewhere. Any help would be GREATLY appreciated.

Same here m using chompms settings are at high level s.o.s pleeease
