I recently transfered all my info to my new s4 galaxy insurance replant phone and all works well except I am unable to send texts but can receive them. What is the problem. Thanks.

Welcome to the forums.

Try a Clear Cache in whatever messaging app you are using, in Settings, Apps, All.

Does your data and such still work? If so, that may rule out the SIM card, but still worth telling your carrier about it just in case.
