Hi all,
I have moved to the UK from the US, and using a Galaxy s3. I got a local sim card, and seems to work, I make phone calls, and have plenty of data.
I just found out however, that when I reply to text messages sent by friends, it automatically is adding the country code plus an extra zero (I think), so hours
later I'll get a response saying the message didn't go through. I can compose new texts with no problem, but replying for some reason adds digits. I checked
my contacts and they definitely don't have the country code in there. It's basically clipping digits off.
Oh, and I also tried setting my reference country to UK from US thinking that might help, but no luck. This is also using the default text app.
Any help would be great.
Thanks!
