Is there an app where a phone receives a notification when another phone receives a text/other notification?

Here's the scenario to get a clearer picture:

Phone A is at location A. Phone B is at location B. I want an app that lets Phone B know if Phone A receives a text (both phones owned by same person so any app can be downloaded on both phones).

Does such an app exist?

Bonus points for any apps that can relate exactly who texted/what was texted from Phone A to Phone B.

I think you can do this with Pushbullet. Not exactly a texting app, but it works for notifications, and not only on phones but also on computers. Or if you use Google Voice in Phone A, you can receive the notification for texts (and calls) to Phone A in Phone B by using Hangouts or the Google Voice app (and you can also use that in computers).
