Texting problem please help

OK I'm on the G-T-R port and my texting started messing up I can send but the long way I can receive a text is when I make a phone call any and all help appreciated and thanks in advanced

Flash a different rom, see if its still there. If not, flash back and try again.

Texting outage is my guess. I can't text either and am on an ICS ROM.

Its working for me. I was ln GTR and it worked. Switched to Mirage and its still working

virgin mobile is still experiencing issues from a national outage. states from the central time zones to the east coast are effected. vm took down the cs message but i know a number of people still having issues.
