Textra issue??

So i've got the S5 on AT&T, and i use Textra, i overall really like it, but for some reason, majority of the time, when someone sends me a pic, i get a greyed out box with a picture icon with red triaangle by it iwth a ! in it. Also, when i try to send them a pic, it always fails, but when i switch back to the stock messageing app, it works fine, i went into settings, and changed the send mms limite to anyway for 300kb-no limit, same results. But like i said, when using the stock app, it works fine 99% of them from what i can remember, any ideas??

I use Textra and I don't recall ever having a problem sending or receiving pictures.

You mention you've turned the warning off about >300 kb limit, and that is the only thing I recall that you can do.

What do you have under MMS settings? Mine is set to "1 MB size limit". They warn you that "that value" setting must not exceed what your carrier allows. Which carrier are you using, and have you asked them what their size limit is?

Below that are options for

• Prefer WiFi (save you money)
• Activate Mobile Data (mine is off, maybe you need yours ON) I can see where this might cause your problem.
• T-Mobile WiFi Calling Fix (I'm Verizon so I don't use this)
• APN settings, are you sure these are totally correct?
