Textra on S3

I would love to use Textra on my S7, but it doesn't play well with my Frontier. I get a notification on the watch, but received texts don't show. It does show my replies, though. Any workaround, as I like Textra because it allows me to set specific contact tones?

I get them on my s3 and note 5. I can also reply from the watch. I have the att LTE version but have no cell service turned on. Bluetooth only from the note 5.

BT only and Textra works fine on the watch the only thing you can't do is to go to the messaging app shortcut on the watch it will say not supported, other than that receiving or sending is fine, including s voice

I'm using the Verizon version, I get messages and able to reply and send them. I use textra.
