Texts, contacts were hacked and then contacted

My friend and girl friend were contacted via Facebook and texting. The message warned my girlfriend that Im seeing someone else and another person "warned "Im married, although untrue and or incorrect the message Intent was to hurt people. My texts were read remotely. Please help.

Change all your passwords, etc, to stop the hacking.

If you want, contact all your contacts and let them know you were hacked.
