Texts not working in area with poor reception.

Hello, sorry if this has been posted before. I have the 21 Ultra, previous phone was S10 +.
I walk in this same area every day. Used to have some phone calls, and most texts on my old phone. Textra is what I use.
I'm disappointed that the S21 Ultra receives no texts or calls in the same area. Is there a setting I can change to help with this issue?
As soon as I get home and am in Wifi range, the messages come in.

Could it be that the phone is connecting to a very weak public wi-fi signal in those areas (which could impeded its ability to connect, since it will prefer wi-fi over mobile data)?

Is it only textra or have you tried samsung messages

Thank you for the screenshots, I changed the setting in the developer mode just now. I'll test again today.
There was no wifi in that area.
I had the phone set for samsung messages and didn't get any texts.
The strength I saw was -129 dBm and 11 asu.
I know it is a weak area, but S10+ at least I could receive some calls and texts.. Yes, I'm disappointed.

I did receive a few texts after changing the developer mobile data setting. Delayed, but I received them. So thank you all again.
