Tf700t comes on when charging, while it was off?

Is it normal for the tf700t to turn on when I plug it into the charger. I shut it off tonight. Just once in awhile I will. Plugged it into the wall charger it came with, and the device turns in all the time. Anybody else does this?

My TF 201 and TF 700 both do this. I just shut mine off after I plug it in.

Yes. But if you charge via the keyboard/dock, it doesn't come on.
