Dude, Sprint TV has been a lifesaver for years of sitting at stores waiting for women to try on clothes. Of course, I've never had it on a screen this big, so that helps.

Quality depends on your internet connection. With a good 4G connection, ESPN mobile looks very good .
Pixelation was heavy, but reasonable considering I was in a small town outside of Madison, WI without WIFI coverage, inside of a stripmall, surrounded by all that hair salon nonsense. 
I concur about the better signal = better picture. I was watching Baseball Tonight and it was plenty clear to not only watch the highlights, but also read the graphics in the corner of the screen (score of the game, etc).
I also managed to reorganize the entire layout of my screens while I was sitting there, too. I tried to act mad at my wife for not telling me it would take that long...but I was pretty damn content to sit and play with the phone for an hour so I couldn't really do it. Oh well, she still owes me one
