Just want to say THANK YOU to everyone here! I am a recent BB Storm convert and I can't for the life of me ever see why I loved Blackberry! I once swore I would never change. Now I swear at myself for not converting sooner! I love this phone! I love this forum! And I love what I have learned! I can't get enough of this phone! I have one home screen full of games (and may soon have to have another)! I just rooted tonight! Did all my backups and got Wifi going! This community has been AWESOME for answering all my questions!

For those of you who are on the fence about converting... STOP IT! Get on over here because the grass REALLY is greener! In my opinion... the community here is much better (than CB). Nobody telling you to "do a search". There is SO much information here!

Thanks again, AC and DX owners!

What a nice post! Welcome! I can certainly relate to your BB loyalty. I actually felt guilty at first with the X ... until I discovered what an outstanding phone it is. Have had my X since it was released last July and haven't looked back. Still blown away by its capabilities!

I was the same, after playing with it for a while, I thought, what was I thinking with a BB.

The storm was not as bad as everyone said. I still on ocassion activate it when I travel to GSM areas. Its fue and far between, but I still use it when I need to.

Love my droidX and Xoom more tho....

The Storm is a horrible phone. I had a BB Tour, and my gf had a Storm. Urg.. I donno what RIM was thinking when they made that. I'll never look back to BB ever again. They will die a slow death I'm sure.

The storm 2 wasn't so bad, for me I kept it clean(uninstalling programs and keeping memory clear) and updated with special fixes here and there for stuff.. and it worked well. But like the OP said, now that I have used the X, I'll never go back.

I too have found this site a tool worth its weight in gold. And I have used the forums here more then I ever did on crackberry.com. Thanks for the great community, and glad I can be a part of it.
