...for putting a screen protector on the camera lenses on the back of the phone!! Just noticed this last night...if you feel with your fingernail where the the LED's are for the flashes...there is definately some sort of film on there! Thats a load of my mind...being ocd about where and how I set my phone down!

I noticed that too. I'm still going to get a protective hardcase to protect the camara though. My 4G camera lens cracked 2 months into ownership.

my 3D camera lens cracked in about 2 days of owning it. Luckily it had a dead pixel so it got swapped anyway.

I'm normally against cases, but because the glass is flush with the "metal" ring around the cameras it's going to crack someday again. I wish the metal part was raised, even .25mm would have been nice.

Thanks I didn't even notice it. I'm extra careful when i put the phone down and I try not to keep keys in my pocket. I guess i don't have to worry too much now

Maybe it's just me, but the metal ring surrounding the glass over my cameras is raised on the side towards the battery.

Not that it matters, I got the Platinum kickstand case from Best Buy the day after I got the phone.

Push down on it. I had that problem but it seemed like it was a quality control issue. (This was from my 2nd Evo 3d) Once you push it down to make it flush with the camera, that will mean you seated the bezel correctly.

There was one on the 4G too. Sprint was nice enough to remove both of mine while removing the film off the front.

The metal ring around mine has an ever so slight lip to it. Just barely high enough to catch my fingernail on. It's a moot point for me, anyway, as I got a HTC gel case when I bought my phone and it's thick enough that the camera doesn't lay on the table.
