(Thanks to jstntp!):format everything.zip

If you wipe the SD card too, how are you supposed to flash anything?

In theory you can then plug the sdcard into the phone, then go to mounts and storage, choose mount USB storage, then drop new goodies on to the phone. When ever I would switch basebands, I would do a full format from windows to clear any garbage off my sdcard before transferring back all my pictures then needed files and zips.

Wait, shouldn't that be wanted lost data? If it was unwanted, why would we hold you responsible, after all, we didn't want it!;)

Yes, I suppose your correct. Its all how you interpret it though. So here will be the edited version - I AM NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE UNWANTED RESULT OF LOST DATA!!

Lol, better?

It's called a misplaced modifier. My favorite is "A mind is a terrible thing to waste". But the mind isn't a terrible thing, wasted or not!!!

You know I'm shocked so far there's no "help IV deleted everything ---shame on you" post ......your efforts on warning I think are a success!

So, after I waste my terrible mind, and I erase my unwanted data...who do I blame with the results or point fingers at??

Wouldnt be hard at all to make. Just a bit dangerous to post publicly IMO. If someone reading through sees it and gets excited at a one flash wipe all zip, next thing you know, they pissed cause their sdcard is wiped.

Ill take a look tonight, but in the meantime if someone does make one, be careful how you post it.

Exactly. You need to create one or two like I did. One with a data wipe, and one without. If you are not flash-able zip creatin' savvy, post a link to one of our's.. I won't be offended if you don't link mine.. I promise..

You need to describe what it wipes, what it doesn't, what language code it was written in (that is important because of recovery compatibility; that was solved with COT Recovery)

If you do decide to make one, make at least four. One that doesn't wipe data or SD Card, another that doesn't wipe data, but does wipe SD, one that wipes both, and two more that wipes one and not the other. I tried to type that to where it made sense.

Either way, jstntp is right.. You need to post a warning of what it flashes and what it doesn't. Another good idea is to provide MD5 Sums for each zip so that users that know what an MD5 Checksum is may check the checksum to be sure nobody has tampered with the zip file..

I also saw that you said that it was on the second page, 4th post down.. You may provide a link for that. Just go to the address bar (while on the second page) and copy and paste that URL to the OP..

-Good Luck!!
