OK. Talbot Technologies is behind tuataracovers.com. However, they don't hold any trademarks in the US on the name and Fintie is not trying to use their brand in relation to that case. Additionally, Fintie states that they manufacture most of their products themselves, that they manufacture the Mighty Shield case, and that it is designed by and sold exclusively by Fintie. A tuatara is a lizard. That's probably were the "Tuatara" series part of the name of the case comes from. The case, however, is called the "Mighty Shield" and is probably manufactured by Fintie themselves. I still don't see where you provide solid evidence that the case was manufactured by Talbot Technologies/TuaTaracovers.com.
Edit: Honestly, I don't see any evidence linking the Fintie Mighty Shield tuatara series case to tuataracovers.com/Talbot Technologies, outside of the word tuatara, which is a lizard, and isn't anything more than a clothing brand with an abandoned trademark in regards to the US, where Fintie is based.
