I prefer Otterbox defender with icarez tempered glass in place of the crappy plastic one that comes with the Otterbox. I also have the spigen slim armor for when I'm not working.

Another one for the Spigen Slim Armor. It really is a great looking case, and gives good protection.

Would you like a copy of the email from Tuatara stating that they only make cases for apple and Samsung? I'm not saying you don't have the case and it may well have their name on it but they do not make it and also know nothing about the seller. You get your facts straight.

Hey man I got all my facts straight, I know I have a legit Tuatara case for the LG G3.
Funny because when I spoke to them about the cases, when trying to get a wholesale price on a bulk order they gave me a price.

Funny stuff though TuaTara just emailed me again at 7pm.
Don't worry I took a few pics to prove I spoke to both TuaTara and Fintie.
Thanks for trying to so hard to prove my phone case is a TuaTara case.

Tuatara doesn't make the case. Fintie does. The case is called the "Mighty Shield" from their "Tuatara" series of cases.

Mighty Shield Tuatara Series Case for LG G3 - Black
About Us
FINTIE - Reviews & Brand Information - Cheng, Nai Chu Hilliard, OH - Serial Number: 85525578

Edit: FYI. Fintie filed for a trademark on their name a mere ~2 months before Brillotech filed for a trademark for "Supcase". Given that, I'd say they've both probably been around just as long.

Nice info but this is the company that makes them for Fintie.
Talbot Technologies | Injection Moulding | Thermoformer | Tool Maker

So like I said before Fintie was before BrilloTech.
Either way they both get the cases from the above company, which is the same company "TuaTara".
Please check all the links I originally posted, the proof is there.
BrilloTech just changed the name of theirs to Unicorn Beetle.

What makes you think that company manufactures the cases for Finite? Also, the case you bought is a Finite case and has nothing to do with the TuaTara you linked to.

I would think any company filing trademarks would run into problems if they were using the same name as About Us - Tuatara Covers Limited which is Talbot Technologies | Injection Moulding | Thermoformer | Tool Maker
If you click here and read Tuataracovers.com Whois Lookup - Who.is - Who.is
I posted all this already but I guess you don't click on the links.

Yes I got my TuaTara case from an Ebay seller that gave me a case designed by Fintie that's made by TuaTara.

I think we're done here...

OK. Talbot Technologies is behind tuataracovers.com. However, they don't hold any trademarks in the US on the name and Fintie is not trying to use their brand in relation to that case. Additionally, Fintie states that they manufacture most of their products themselves, that they manufacture the Mighty Shield case, and that it is designed by and sold exclusively by Fintie. A tuatara is a lizard. That's probably were the "Tuatara" series part of the name of the case comes from. The case, however, is called the "Mighty Shield" and is probably manufactured by Fintie themselves. I still don't see where you provide solid evidence that the case was manufactured by Talbot Technologies/TuaTaracovers.com.

Edit: Honestly, I don't see any evidence linking the Fintie Mighty Shield tuatara series case to tuataracovers.com/Talbot Technologies, outside of the word tuatara, which is a lizard, and isn't anything more than a clothing brand with an abandoned trademark in regards to the US, where Fintie is based.

Anyway, my rundown on this whole Fintie/Tuatara/Brillotech deal:

-The case this topic is about is the Mighty Shield Tuatara series case for the LG G3.
-This case is made by Fintie, not Tuataracovers.com/Talbot Technologies.
-The case is similar in design to the Unicorn Beetle Pro Full Body Protection case for the LG G3.
-That case is designed and sold by Supcase/Brillotech Inc.
-Both Fintie and Brillotech Inc filed for trademarks on their names (Fintie/Supcase) around the same time.
-Both companies have their own website/online store and are Amazon sellers.
-As far as I can tell, Tuataracovers.com/Talbot Technologies have nothing to do with either of those companies and their cases for the LG G3.

I haven't seen any evidence proving any of those statements wrong.

As to which case is better, it probably doesn't matter. Who really cares. Who really cares who ripped off whom. It doesn't matter either.

... everyone will drop their phone sometime or another...

I had my BlackBerry Bold for just over 4 years before changing to the LG G3, never dropped it once. Other than a few scuff marks it's still in perfect condition, and I only used a basic faux-leather pouch-style case. As others have said, we are all different & what suits one person may not suit another, for a wide variety of reasons.

I'm using the ROAR® Diary View Quick Circle Side Flip Magnet Case for LG G3 at the moment, and I love it.

Considering Fintie has their domain registered and operated in Australia and Talbot is in New Zealand.
I would say they are good friends and partners. Fintie can call it "Mighty Shield" all they want on their website but nowhere on the case or box does it say that. TuaTara is the brand of the case.

I think I know what a TuaTara is so whats the point in saying its a lizard? LOL

I would say the one that costs less is better and that's cool you found Supcase's website.
Thanks for all your hard work and effort to prove really nothing other than to rant.
Maybe YOU work for BrilloTech LOL.

I really don't care about all of this, all I know is I have a damn good "lizard" case for less than a "beetle"

By the way are you saying that I made the emails up or are you saying that the person that replied from the company is lying?

Oh, I really don't care one way or the other and there really wasn't anything hard about what I did. As for ranting... I'm just bored at work. Really, I couldn't care less about any of this.

BTW, it says "Mighty Shield" right on the case.

I have the tech21 case from Best Buy. I like that it's thin and doesn't attract any lint.
