Good grief, I'd be so pissed! He had it for 27 years!! Oh, but it might offend some poor delicate soul - the horror! I could rant for a while, but I'd better not.

Finally had my first cup today. Kitchen cabinets are being painted, so the Keurig is on my bathroom counter, which is totally irrelevant to why I couldn't make a cup - we were out of sugar.

Black coffee made with bathroom water. Sounds good. Making me think of moving the Keurig to the master bedroom bathroom, because I take my coffee black, and it would be closer to when I get up from bed.

I love this coffee maker. Excellent! OXO ..I did a little research looking for one when my old one went out and it brought me to this one

Heh that does seem like a good idea if you have room, which we don't.

No bathroom water was used. I still refilled the tank from the refrigerator water dispenser. Speaking of which, I need to replace the filter in the Keurig. It's way overdue and I don't want it the pump and lines getting filled with scale.

It has L-Theanine. Maybe it will keep me even more relaxed

L-Theanine is great with coffee. 1 to 2 ratio, 100mg caffeine with 200mg L-Theanine. The coffee will energize, and the L-Theanine will add a calming value.
