The AC Coffee Junkies thread.

re: AC Coffee Junkies thread.

What's it like, do you have one?

Thanks , and happy holidays to you to
I decided not to get one - as I mentioned, the local availability of the pods. Perhaps buy one at a store where you can return it if it does not meet your needs.

I have bounced around with cold brew, french press, and single serve. The cold brew is nice, but it is a process. Best.

Oh ok. French press is nice also and cost effective.

re: AC Coffee Junkies thread.

I finally found a coffee shop in town that sells Black Rifle coffee; been meaning to try it for a while now. It's very good, but at $15 a bag it will have to be a special treat. As much coffee as I drink every day I can't afford $15 a bag as an every day coffee. But boy is it good.

Does the coffee taste like war?

re: AC Coffee Junkies thread.

Following a trip to the central mountains of Puerto Rico, have been working through some very good Puerto Rican coffees. Smooth, full taste and mostly non-acidic. Very good.

A lot are available on Amazon, some are only available direct. Look for those out of Utuado, San Sebastían, Lares, Adjuntas, Yauco.

Thanks for the tip! I'll check those out.

Energy drinks have their place, but nothing beats a freshly brewed cup of good ol' fashioned coffee.

This is death in a can for me. I was having the double shots at work and it took way too long to figure out it wasn't what I was eating that was adding inches and raising my heart rate. Simple black coffee is all I do now, made a couple other changes - my day is a lot better now. 👍

I hate black coffee personally.

So does my wife. I didn't start out liking it but when I started sampling different blends I found a few I liked, now I drink practically everything black. Unless it's horrible and I really need/want the caffeine, then I'll add something to try and make it at least drinkable.
