the alarm will sound, but now

[Android Central Question]

When the alarm went off in the morning, it appeared on the lock screen and all I had to do was just tap the dismiss button.
However, after the update, the alarm will sound, but now I have to unlock the screen, swipe down to access the alarm and dismiss it.

Is there anyway to go back the way it used to be?

Works fine for me. If it was the update to Android 10, you should check Google Play and Galaxy Store for updates. And as silly as it sounds, simple reboot may also fix your issue.

Mine is working fine as well. I can either dismiss from screen or push a volume button to dismiss
