The annual trade-in race

Mine is on the way and they should have it this Friday. Now keeping fingers crossed.

I mailed in my device yesterday, it was delivered today lol. Now is the waiting game. I remember before there was a way to track the progress of the trade in on the Samsung order but I don't see that this year.

Mine was dropped off at UPS this morning. Last trade-in I did, I waited for about 4 days after FedEX said they had delivered it for Samsung to let me know they had it. It then took over a month before I got the approval that it was accepted as a trade-in. Hope this time it happens a bit more timely.

Just completed a in store Best Buy pickup. My order page has a print label option for my trade in.

Just curious. Will Samsung send a box? or do I have to provide my own shipping package?

Never mind, just got the Trade in program welcome guide. Seems I can just print shipping label and use whatever shipping package I want.

Normally just use the box it came in. But I picked up a Best Buy,.

Must send in by 3/26

Got the email just now that Samsung has received my trade-in device. Hoping the approval process goes smoothly and relatively quickly.

I dropped the trade-in package off at UPS yesterday after work. I've been checking the tracking number and the package is now on the way to Ft. Worth, TX and delivery is expected manana in the afternoon. Guy at work saw me charging the old phone before I boxed it up and he said, "hey, you got a new phone!" It did look totally brand new because it was in a monster of an Otterbox case for two years : )
