The apps of my pixel phone changed

The apps on my pixel phone changed. They are going up and down instead of across in rows like they originally were. How do I get them back the way they were. Thank you.

Welcome to Android Central! Are you using the stock Pixel launcher, or a 3rd party launcher like Nova? Can you simply drag the icons back to where you want them? Or are you talking about the App Drawer?
