Mine is not supposed to be delivered until 8/30. Sorry I forgot to mention that. I am not in any hurry though if I do get it Friday it will be nice to have a 3 day weekend to play with it and get it set up.

Got to Best Buy after work yesterday and was in and out very quickly. Oh man this Aura Blue is awesome! I like the Aura Glow but I think there will be lots more of them common and that the rainbow would get old after a month or two.

My Best Buy Pre-Order story so far is in this thread. Below is my condensed timeline so far.

When I did my pre-order my date changed from 8/23 to 8/30. Lets see what happens.

Man with all of the horror stories I keep hearing I am getting nervous now since today is my day I should be getting my phone. Should I call my local Best Buy and inquire or just sit back and wait?

Ok I just got an email to review my Note10+ that I don't have yet. Filling out the review and will post it here when I finish filling it out. This is gonna be fun!

I was just informed by Best Buy that almost all phones that were due to be ready 8/30 are now going to be delayed for a couple of weeks. WTF!

The manager said this is not an isolated issue in their store. There are a lot of issues with this device release country wide. She was saying that I could cancel my order and possibly get one somewhere else. But I do not want to forfeit my pre-order bonus. So I will wait it out and see what happens. I am a patient person but the pure lack of being honest and upfront withl your customers letting us know what is going on would go a lot further than keeping us in the dark.

This is the first time I have had to deal with a massive screw up like this. I am heading too the Best Buy website to see if my review actually got posted online. Wehn my time comes to actually pick it up I will try and have a nice chat with the manager. They really need to just be honest and up front with us. I am a lot more forgiving with honest people. the people Who lie to my face will slowly feel my wrath.

My pick up date was 8/23, then 8/30, & now I no longer have a date for pick up.
