The calculator app that can draw over other apps. I need help.

So let's say i want to get into my husband phone and he has the calculator app that hides thing. How do i unlock it with not knowing the right pass equation? And if i have a phone that's locked but don't know the pass code or phone number how can i unlock the sim card or the phone without having to reset. Ty told y'all I NEED HELP. LOL.. oh its a J3 i believe. Please I need to know
