I'm going to bet that AT&T and possibly TMO get the device here in the States. For those that get it, rest assured that the device will get 4.3, though no date has been set for when.

Sony has been really good as of late to push updates to their flagship devices.

I'm gonna bet tmobile first maybe att but only gsm providers because sony hates fragmentation and is not gonna make different versions for sprint and Verizon but if you look at the specs it has needed bands for att and tmobile so no matter what it's a option even if bought through sony
