I would kindly ask : does anyone in the A.C. w

I would kindly ask : #1 Has Google provided a way to easily /PERMANENTLY delete ALL emails ? NO !! #2 Does anyone in the A.C. world have an inside connection at Google ?. . I had two , but they worked in maintainance ; not much help . I'm guessing I'm not the only one looking for a definitive answer to this long overdue pain in the *** . It boggles the mind that the Co. running the planet has let this slide for so long . We could all use the extra space . Even Google could use the extra space . 🌎 The Jedi 👽 at A.C. should know a guy/girl . Use the force !! 🐺

Thank you Mr. D. . . it would appear that the support /forums haven't changed much . Still chattering about PCs and delet in bulk . MAYBE . . so I'm guessing Mr. D. doesn't know anyone @ Google . Thanks for your time. NEXT ! . . 🐺

Diddy , I just sent a reply to a previous Q. / Gmail . which went through . Then back to the URL Q. to reply to your last reply / Q. . . the REPLY box 📝 " skips /buffers" ?. . won't let me type . . It happens now and then . . maybe talk to the maintainance guy 🤖 . . 🐺

What exactly are you trying to accomplish? Are you saying you don't have access to a PC, and want to do this from a mobile device? Are you saying the suggestion I linked doesn't delete your emails completely, but somehow leaves copies on the server?

You realize I'm trying to help, right? Try to be a bit more courteous.

Question
1. You want delete all your Gmail? Which phone?

2. I highly doubt anyone works for Google that high up in the Forums.

The ever popular Gmail from Hell

Well I mean even if someone did have a contact that high up.. why would they share that with a random person in a forum? Not trying to be rude more so be real. There's no way you or I are going to get some high ups contact info.

That said can delete all your email extremely easily

1. Login to Gmail on a PC. Go to All Mail. Select the check box at the top left (underneath the search bar)

2. Once that's selected in the middle of the screen a blue Link will say "Select all (X) conversations in All Mail?" With X being all the emails you have. Click that link to select all.

3. Hit delete

After that's done go to trash. Do the same steps 1-3 except in the trash bin. This will permanently delete all.

Done.

In addition, in the app, you can set it so that your default action when swiping away an email is Delete and not Archive. Archiving an email obviously doesn't delete it.

I'm back . I set my cyber troubles aside for a week . Thanks for the reply . It seems like a good one . I don't have a PC , but there's a mobile repair shop down the street and he knows what he's doing . I think for $5 he'll do it . . maybe for free . I'll screen shot your instructions . . as per the Google / email deletion issue ; let's skip the connection search . How about we (A.C.)

"speculate" as to why
Google is not / has not initiated a one off delete ALL emails option/function. . some sites have suggested it's because emails , once deleted , can't be retrieved . But my Walmart, Amazon and eBay
emails from 2018 have no sentimental value . . you can always **star the important "keepers".
Sombody should ask Snowden . . (^_-)

Can't this same process be done from a mobile browser? :-)

Try the Blue mail app. The multi-edit feature allows you to mark all if scroll through all them first or 52 at a time.
