The files from my Moto G won't show up on my Chromebook.

I connect my phone to my Chromebook, via USB, and nothing happens, but a charge.

And yes, I have selected MTP on the phone.

Welcome to the forums. Did you get a message on the Moto about allowing this computer to access the device? It should be a pop up window.

I would try disconnecting the device and reconnecting it. That should either trigger the read by the chromebook, or force the window to come up.

Try a different computer. I'm starting to suspect a bad microUSB connector in the phone.
