Lenovo finally completed the purchase of Motorola Mobility. Good news is that not much will change with Moto leadership and brands, only improving on already solid Moto experience from the last few years. Read the open letter from Moto CEO here:

Motorola will continue to move forward with their technology. Lenova may own them but that doesn't mean future devices will be lackluster.

We will continue to focus on pure Android and fast upgrades, ...

Until their bosses at Lenovo tell them otherwise, or they replace Motorola management with people who think differently. I'm sure IBM's ThinkPad management said the same thing about 'continuing to focus on blah, blah...' Today's ThinkPads, while still better than many laptops, no longer have many of the distinctive qualities that made the IBM ThinkPads what they were.
