i would LOVE to see a USB reader onboard. so to caveat that, stronger battery life, although mine isn't bad now.
more stable software releases so there are fewer noticeable bugs.
More ability to sustain themselves. my friend bought a thunderbolt when it came out and she had to replace it FIVE times due to software/hardware malfunctions. Seems that once those 30 days are up, the issues start, which is obviously a problem when you have to deal with a phone for 2 years.
for phone providers: Shorten the contracts! maybe a year or so. in this world, technology is outdated when you walk out of the store, so waiting 2 years for a new phone is torture.
