The horrors of getting a replacement s3

FedEx lost my warranty phone I sent back to Verizon using their return shipping label. It's been a month since I shipped it back and I'm still dealing with it. Verizon hasn't been any help, I got different answers every time I called them and lots of runaround.

I feel you guys, I had swapped out galaxy nexus devices because I kept ending up with junk, blotchy banded screens, dropping mic, ext. I understand that frustration.

I have a perfect 32 blue SGS3. The screen is flawless, no blotches, everything works, and I can't be happier! I have cased, screen protected this thing and insured it, because I do not want to be in a refurbish situation. (I have been trying forever to get a decent Android device that I can live with, picky bastard I am.) Perfect GS3 devices are out there.

I tend to stop at two defective devices, at that point my time is more important. Manufactures need to tighten up here (no pun intended,) and re manufacture phones with issues instead of squeezing them out the door. Much more sustainability in customers and profitability in that.
