I was busy cruising Best Buy today. I had ordered the S4, but the order was canceled because my upgrade date was a week out. So I ended up ordering a Note 2 after I had the touchy feely with it. With my eye issues, it was the best choice. I think I'll be happy for awhile. 
However, my husband just told me our well pump is dead. Lovely. Made my day. ::Sigh::

My daughter has one, and I was impressed with it. I have never had the 'latest and greatest' so I was going for the S4. However, I'm having some serious eyesight issues and came to grips with the fact that I need a bigger screen since I'm on my phone all day, everyday. Usually, 6-7 hours of screen time is the average between reading and researching. I think I'll be happy with it.

I prefer the size of the Nexus 4. For things that require a bigger screen, I'll have my second-generation Nexus 7 (whenever Google decides to release it).
I've always wanted one of those. Now that I finally have the money for it, I'm stuck waiting for the new one. There's no point in buying one now. Plus, my Nexus 4 is vastly superior to the current version. There would be only one benefit: a larger screen. Not worth the $300. Lol
Come on Google, release the new one!

I have the OG Tab, but I'm never on it anymore, it's gotten so slow since it's a single core and 500mb RAM.
No GSM service around here for me, so the N4 is a moot point. I think the N2 will work just fine for me.

When I get stuck on something, it's like super glue. My first smart phone was the NS4G, then the Gnex. I'm Ok with the 'plastic' thing, I gotta have a removable battery, I was out with the Gnex today for 4 hours, sent a few texts, checked FB, took some pictures and video at my grand daughters school and when I got home, the battery was at 56%. And that's a 3800 mAh extended battery in a good signal area on 3G. Yeah, I need swappable batteries.

The GNex was known for poor battery life, but that's some insane drainage! My GNex with the stock battery would at least last a full 8 hour shift.
Mine is stock battery also and lasts all day and most of the night, but the GNex handles low signal areas horribly.

Yeah, I'm the only one I know that carries an extra extended battery, lol. Stock, pfft, maybe two or three hours. And, I turn off data, GPS, BT, wifi. Brightness at 40%. No notifications except sms. It doesn't matter, screen is biggest battery hog, everything else is less than 8%. I love this phone but the battery life is horrendous. Same problem with my NS4G.
Btw, anyone need an extended battery for an S4? Lol, I have one.
