I would detail this, but unfortunately the messenger tool is so dysfunctional that it would take me 20 minutes to try to retrace the many ways in which it failed. I would have preferred to explain it in a direct chat with the very well-intentioned moderator who was trying to use that tool to communicate with me, but unfortunately (among other things) it appeared that neither of us could see what we had written previously, so we were both basically wandering around in the dark.

You just took the time to explain why you don't want to explain the problems you're having. You could have briefly explained what's happening and what you want in almost the same amount of time. Lol that's silly
