The new Update on S7

Last week I installed the new Up date for S7.
Is it no more possible anymore to check other wifi possibilities when the phone is already connected to wifi?
Before, when I clicked wifi, I would get all the nearby wifi possibilities;
now it seems not possible to do that.

Also Settings keeps shutting down.

Any suggestions?

You have to click on the WiFi name under the WiFi logo. It will take you into the WiFi settings.

As for settings crashing try booting into recovery and clearing cache.
