I am new..but I saw on XDA that they were talking about .12 the first week in July. Someone had it over there.....

I do not see much chatter about the update online...no updates from Verizon or HTC.

I smell a rat....

Last I knew the guys at android police had it but would not release it. I know I would would have seen it over on that forum either in raw form or as part of a Rom

[ROM][7/13] 3.14.605.12 stock rooted deodexed - xda-developers

A bunch of folks were suspicious of the ROM because there was no RUU released. Artem from AndroidPolice came into the thread and confirmed it was legit, and that no RUU was put out because it was only a very minor bug update. Grain of salt, etc, etc, but people have apparently been running this build for a little while.

It looks like I'm still the only one that got the update. Just got home and tried it on my wife's Rezound and no dice. I live in DC. My parents' Rezounds in Montana didn't get the update, according to my dad.

So I got the face unlock set up. With Sense it's hard to tell the difference, mostly. I'm not the biggest power use so it's kinda wasted on me, sorry guys!

Just checked my Rezound and no update available. I may just spend the weekend unlocking and flashing a rooted ROM if the official ICS update does not happen real soon now.

The official ICS update is rolling out according to lots of REzound users and even Verizon's tech support is confirming the update is to be rolled out beginning tonight. But they did note it could take a week or so for it to be available on all Rezounds. So yes, it is 100% legit! Wish my Rezound would get it because I am experiencing horrible data connection issues lately that have forced me to use WiFi over unlimited 4G lol

My wifes Razr didn't get updated until a week after the first ones rolled out.

Don't be surprised if the only thing that fixes your data problem is a factory reset, even after the update.

Settings -> Security -> Screen Lock -> Face Unlock
