Finished on one phone... very sluggish at first, then picked up after a few minutes, stuff going on in the background I imagine. Must have wiped cache and dalvik, had to reauthorize several apps and relogin to a few services, but all seems good now.

Hmmm.. camera shots going to internal storage instead of microSD card, will need some tweaking!

EDIT: Lots of tweaking it looks like, all contacts became "unlinked" as well, will investigate to see what else needs attention.

EDIT2: Hmmm... No more Power or Sleep profile options, developer section in the settings menu though (thought it might be removed by VZW)

Maybe if on 4G, YES if on 3G!!! Under 8 minutes (30MB/s Internet connection) vs. 20 minutes to get to under 10% on 3G.

Just finished updating various apps. First thing I noticed -- folders are much cooler now. Fade in/out for apps opening and closing. Not sure if I like the updated Gmail look, but I guess I'll get used to it.

I noticed the OS on this phone FINALLY has screen transitions as well. ICS is using the hardware to its full advantage, entirely unlike GB did. Now let's hope it fixes the damn data connectivity issues on this phone.
