It was inventory. He first checked to see if it was active. Then showed the stock date

This is pretty awesome though to see a forum team up and take on Best Buy stores and VZW across the nation. May be just me, but I think its down right bad a$$.
More like the Dr. Dre "Detox" of phones!HTC Thunderbolt..... the Gran Turismo 5 of phones.

Just got home from work (Best Buy) and I PERSONALLY looked, and saw with my OWN eyes an in stock date of 2/14 (in our Inventory System). Was told by our Store Manager, soon to be stand alone Best Buy Mobile Store Manager that no matter what the 14th is the date. He too is up on all the "rumors" and stands firm on the date of 2/14. His point being that VZW wouldn't let BB advertise a preorder and tell customers a pickup date without knowing forsure, and a software issue isnt going to hold it back. Our store gets trucks on Monday and Thurs so if we get it instock thursday on the truck you will all know. (maybe a pic)
GT5 was rumored to be release for over 3 years before it launched, they must have thought car companies would stop making new cars so they could get all in the game
How about Duke Nukem Forever?
Uh, $750?!
