The Panda speaks and says that there will be more Nexus devices before the year is up.

"If I told you that the Galaxy nexus is not the only one... Just the samsung one.. How you love that moto, HTC fans?? #justsaying"

"Meaning that those that do not prefer Sammy hardware will not have long to wait for ICS hardware from other partners.."

"All I can say is this... Sammy will not be the only ics stock device by year end.. #fridaybombdroppin #pandanation #sneakypanda"

Apparently his buddy @tfleming223 apparently has another panda poem as well, so we're waiting with bated breath for that.

So what do we all think? I think the Xoom 2 may come with a surprise and be the first tablet to get updated to ICS. I don't think that the Razr will magically come out and be ICS stock either.

I wouldn't. A HTC stock ICS phone would possibly give me pause. I loved the way the Nexus one looked, and I have a Droid Incredible, so it's almost like I have one, but with HTC going the way of the tank. We'll have to wait till the Rezound comes out, because I have a feeling that any ICS phone from HTC is just going to be the Rezound with ICS and no difference.

Could be the slider they mentioned before. Wouldn't be surprised if it was an HTC stock ICS slider for T-Mobile. Maybe a G3 of some sorts? ;)

Some thoughts:

1. Never said they were Nexuses (Nexises? Nexii?)
2. Never said they were phones
3. Tuesday, hurry your ASS up
4. Never said carriers

You are absolutely right. That's why I used devices in the title. I only use Nexus as they represent the true stock experience (even though there are other phones out there that are stock from the get go). I hope all carriers get a couple of them, but I can totally see one per carrier, with whichever one is on ATT ending up on TMobile too.

Like that idea. One per carrier or so as a true Nexus, some as tablets? Some as a Chromebook hybrid? Seriously cant wait to stream that event live and get some solid answers....

Well the Hong Kong event is a Samsung/Google event, so they'll only be announcing the Galaxy Nexus. Unless Motorola and Verizon throw a curve ball and announce that that Xoom 2 or Razr will have ICS, I don't see an announcement happening this month from another carrier in regards to a new Nexus.

I was saying in regards to ICS, you know? What its capable of, devices, etc. True, only Galaxy Nexus on Tues

Gotcha. Personally I would love for ICS to do a quick hop to the Xoom 2 and then the OG Xoom, just to see how exactly it looks on both.

This is what I'm thinking. I don't think Panda is saying that there are going to be Nexus devices from HTC, Motorola, and etc. He might be implying that ICS will not be skinned as strictly, if at all, as any other previous phone version of Android. Because it would kind of go against the rule of a 'Nexus' device if there's more than one device to support. Maybe this is another trait that ICS might be getting from Honeycomb? Little to no skinning of the OS?

That is a very good point indeed. Hadn't thought of that.

I'm going to laugh if he was just trolling and

HTC ICS = Nexus One update
Motorola ICS = Xoom update
