Except this happened at school.
I had to attend a meeting for a class, and I wanted to hurry because a lot of other students were going to be there, and I didn't want to be part of the crowd that squeezes into the door all at once. However, a group of girls were walking ahead in some sort of horizontal line formation, when they suddenly came to a complete halt and turned around. For what reason, I don't know. Couldn't have been me, cause I kept my distance and I didn't say a word. I kept walking, assuming that they would politely make way for me so that I could keep going. But as I got closer, I could tell they weren't going to move, so I stopped, and said "Excuse me." Either they didn't hear me, or they just completely ignored me. They sat there for a good literal two minutes before one of them moved and I rushed through the gap before they would congregate together again, and have to lag behind them.
The end.
