No, it's standard hygiene practice in nursing school. There's nothing obsessive about it when only 40% of the population washes their hands after going to the bathroom. The real issue about superbugs and antibiotic resistance is the fact of massive quantities of antibiotics in the meat supply. That is your culprit, not good hand washing.
