The person I call hears a feedback. How do I fix this?

When I call some people, especially those with the samsung 5 and other androids and landlines hear a feedback. I do not hear it.

Do you have a case on your phone? Try removing it. Does it work? Some cases have interference issues with the noise-reduction/cancelling microphone so you get a feedback loop.

I have ATT, and I find when this happens, I can just drop the call,and call back, and it's gone.
I believe it's carrier related....

That's also been reported a couple times. I've only experienced it once and, like you say, dropping the call and re-dialing fixed it for the ATT user.
